Revenue Recognition
Review customer contracts, identify performance obligations in contracts, determine transaction prices, allocate transaction prices to performance obligations in contracts, and recognize revenue when (or as) the entity satisfies performance obligations in accordance with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards.
Derivatives and Hedging
Assess qualifying criteria, eligibility and documentation requirements for derivatives and hedging, prepare journal entries for Fair Value Hedges, Cash Flow Hedges, Net Investment Hedges in accordance with ASC 815 Derivatives and Hedging standards.
System Implementation
Lead or assist with system selection and/or implementation of accounting software, architecture design and configuration, testing and validation, training and deployment, and post implementation support.
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, Google Workspace, GTreasury (fka HedgeTracker), Clearwater Analytics, IBM Tririga, Workiva, MS Office, MS Excel (Advanced), Salesforce, FinancialForce, Lucidchart, Clarizen, Blackline, Claude & ChatGPT.
